Strategic Step, 10 Babel State Polman Employees Strengthen Human Resource Partnership with Training in Bandung
In order to answer the challenge of strengthening partnerships in the realm of the tridharma of higher education, the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) launched the 2024 Partnership Optimization Program.
As part of this initiative, Polman Babel sent 10 employees, consisting of nine lecturers and one education staff, to take part in cooperation management training at the Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic, which will take place from 7 to 12 October 2024.

"According to the Deputy Director III for Student Affairs and Cooperation at Polman Babel, Eko Sulistyo, M.T., the sending of these participants aims to improve the ability of human resources in managing strategic cooperation with various parties," he added.
"This activity is part of the 2024 Partnership Optimization Program which is focused on increasing vocational higher education partnerships," he said when confirmed on Tuesday (08/10/2024).
This training covers various topics, from managing collaboration in the field of higher education tridharma, Tefa (Teaching Factory) management, to improving the skills of the HR team in managing relationships with external partners.
Apart from that, participants also took part in comparative studies to several companies to get a direct perspective on the application of cooperation in the industrial world.

Eko, who also acted as team leader in the training, stated that the Partnership Optimization Program was Polman Babel's first step in strengthening relations with the Business and Industrial World (DUDI), educational institutions and government agencies.
"We have prepared a partnership roadmap for the next three years, which is expected to strengthen the implementation of the Polman Babel partnership in accordance with our vision and mission," he explained.
"With funding support from Mitras DUDI Kemendikbudristek, Polman Babel hopes that this program can make a significant contribution to developing strategic partnerships that support vocational education in Indonesia," concluded Eko Sulistyo.
