   3. Understands regulations and permits for plantation openings from legal and environmental aspects that govern land use and quality standards.
3. Agropreneur (plantation management, agribusiness, agricultural communication):
   1. Able to plan and manage plantation operations, human, financial, and material resources within the context of plantations.
   2. Able to manage, lead, guide, and supervise plantation work units.
   3. Able to motivate and foster harmonious relationships with local communities and plantation employees, and has the ability to develop collaborative networks. (agricultural communication)
