Candidates for Management of HMJ Electro and Informatics Engineering, held an LDK on Teluk Pikat Beach
Polman Babel - To provide training for new management candidates for the Electrical and Informatics Engineering Student Association, the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic campus held Basic Leadership Training (LDK) activities for the 2024-2025 period at Teluk Pikat Beach, Monday-Wednesday (08-10/07 /2024).
As Supervisor of HMJ Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Zanu Saputra., MTr.T. "Explaining that with this activity, it is hoped that new student management candidates will know the benefits of joining the organization on their campus," he said.
"We have completed the LDK HMJ Electrical and Informatics Engineering activities, the planning of which started three months ago. With this activity, students are expected to know the main duties and functions of each administrator, as well as professional responsibilities. "So they don't just join in with student organizations," he said.
We provide various materials ranging from understanding organizations, team cohesion, caring between students, character, ethics, and others. "We packaged the materials from activities in the field and room materials," emphasized Zanu.

When met, Thursday (11/07/2024) Secretary of HMJ Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Syair Aulia, said that the student association majoring in electrical and informatics engineering felt very proud and grateful for the success of basic leadership training activities and organizational management education training.
"This activity was carried out very well and provided many benefits for all participants," he added.
Syair also stated that this success could not be separated from the cooperation and high commitment of all the participants, committee, supervisors and fellow students who had worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. "We express our sincere thanks to all parties who have supported us, both directly and indirectly," he explained.
We hope that the success of this activity will be a motivation for all of us to continue to work and contribute positively to the campus environment and society. "Hopefully the spirit of togetherness and cooperation that has existed can continue to be maintained and improved in future activities," he said.
