13 Titles Passed, Research and Community Service of Polman Negeri Babel Lecturers Received Funding Injection
A total of 13 lecturers from the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) have successfully passed the 2025 Research and Community Service funding program rolled out by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek).
This success includes two main categories, namely Research with 9 titles and Community Service with 4 titles. This is the result of Polman Babel lecturers in developing science and answering the needs of society through applicable and directly impactful works.
In the research category, several names of lecturers who participated include Hasdiansah, M.Eng., Dr. Ilham Ary Wahyudie, M.T., Indah Riezky Pratiwi, M.Pd., Indra Dwisaputra, M.T., to Yuke Mareta Ariesta Sandra, M.Si. These nine research titles are expected to make a major contribution to strengthening the vocational field and developing local industries.
Meanwhile, in the Community Service category, four titles successfully obtained funding with implementing lecturers namely Riki Afriansyah, M.T., Robert Napitupulu, M.T., Yudi Oktriadi, M.Eng., and Yuliyanto, M.T. These programs target real solutions to problems faced by the community, especially in Bangka Belitung.

When met on Tuesday (03/06/2025), the Head of the Polman Babel Research and Community Service Center (P3KM), Indra Dwisaputra, M.T., expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the achievements of the lecturers this year. This is not just about funds, but about trust and responsibility to continue to produce works that have a broad impact," he said.
Indra said that this success cannot be separated from the long process of proposal development, technical guidance, and strengthening the capacity of lecturers in preparing research and community service programs that are relevant to the needs of society and the industrial world," he added.
"Most of the topics raised are also closely related to the development of appropriate technology, local product innovation, and digitalization of the MSME sector. This is the main strength that makes Polman Babel lecturer proposals competitive at the national level," he added.
He also said that this success will be a trigger for other lecturers to be active in research and community service activities so that they can encourage synergy across study programs, so that the work produced is truly interdisciplinary and applicable," he explained.
