Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) carried out a community service program on Jalan Galunggung, Parit Padang, Sungailiat District, Bangka-Belitung, Wednesday (07/08/2024) a few days ago.
This program aims to increase productivity and community welfare through the use of technology that supports the development of local businesses.
This program was led by Lecturer Yudi Oktriadi, M.Eng., with team members consisting of students Muhammad Fadhil, Prabowo Agung Pribadi, Radittiansyah, technician Achmad Afriadi, S.S.T., and lecturers Masdani, M.T., and Husman, M.T.

When interviewed in his office on Monday (12/08/2024), Yudi Oktriadi, M.Eng., explained that this grinding machine is expected to increase production efficiency at Dimsum Siomay Mas Ali.
"This is not just about machines, but also about empowering local business partners to be more competitive in the market," he said.
The peanut grinding machine is capable of grinding 2.5 kg of peanuts in just 2 minutes. With this technology, it is hoped that production at Dimsum Siomay Mas Ali will increase significantly, which will ultimately increase the business's income.
