In carrying out the quality assurance system at PolmanBabel, currently the Polmanbabel Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) is managed by a chairman and an administrative staff. The quality development team coordinator and the internal quality audit coordinator are currently ad-hoc. The organizational structure chart for UPM Polman Babel is shown in the following figure:

Job description of each organ in UPM

1. Head of UPM
   Duties: to guarantee the quality of education, research, and community service.
2. Administration
   Duties: carry out data processing and administration to support the smooth implementation of quality assurance at Polman Babel.
3. Quality Development Coordinator
   Duties: conduct quality reviews and development of Polmanbabel referring to the results of management review meetings and applicable regulations.
4. Internal quality audit coordinator
   Duties: as an evaluator for the implementation of SPMI Polmanbabel by scheduling, preparing, implementing quality audits internally.
5. Gap analysis coordinator
   Duties: · carry out a gap analysis of the results of the internal quality audit and provide solutions as input in the management review meeting.
