Logistics UPT Work Program

1. Develop UPT work program;
2. Prepare UPT activity plans and budgets;
3. Develop the need for educational facilities and infrastructure in the Polmanbabel environment;
4. Arrange the need for supplies in the Polmanbabel environment;
5. Carry out the receipt and distribution of goods in the Polmanbabel environment;
6. Implementing the utilization of supplies in the Polmanbabel environment;
7. Carry out the preparation of plans for needs, procurement of storage, maintenance, and distribution of Polmanbabel supplies;
8. Monitor and evaluate activities within the UPT;
9. Carry out administrative affairs within the UPT;
10. Carry out financial management and accountability of UPT;
11. Propose adjustments to the UPT budget;
12. Propose the appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal, and welfare of employees at the UPT;
13. Carry out disciplinary affairs, coaching, and other personnel administration at UPT;
14. Store and maintain UPT documents; and
15. Compile UPT reports.
16. Carry out other official duties.
