The Novila Hotel became the center of knowledge-building activities for fisheries practitioners. On Thursday (November 20, 2025), the Berdikari Team held comprehensive training for its partners, covering fisheries cultivation systems, marketing processes, business management processes, and employee management.

Unlike other speakers, Robani Juhar, S.Pi., M.Si., presented material on marketing management and various modern marketing techniques that can be implemented by fisheries business owners, including the importance of strengthening local product branding," he admitted.
Robani continued, stating that business owners need to understand market trends and utilize digital technology to expand their marketing reach. "The right marketing strategy will be key to increasing the competitiveness of regional fishery products," he said.
Meanwhile, the third speaker, Sujono, S.Pi., highlighted the technical aspects of cultivation by implementing operational standards in every cultivation process, from seed selection, water quality, feed, to mitigating the risk of fish disease," he concluded.

When reconfirmed on Thursday (November 27, 2025), the Head of the Berdikari Team, Eko Sulistyo, M.T., said this program has a long-term impact on the development of the regional fisheries sector and that training like this is part of an effort to strengthen community capacity in building more independent businesses.
"This program is crucial because it provides comprehensive understanding, from cultivation techniques to marketing strategies tailored to regional needs. Participants can apply the knowledge gained and develop their fisheries businesses more professionally," he concluded.
With this training, the Berdikari Team hopes that collaboration between academics, the government, and business actors can continue to be strengthened, enabling the local fisheries ecosystem to develop more innovatively, productively, and competitively," he explained.
