Only in Final Year, Six Polman Negeri Babel Students Already Have Work Contracts
Good news comes from the Software Engineering Technology Study Program (TRPL) of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel). Six final year students have been officially accepted to work in various companies, even before they graduated.
The six students are Devid Wijaya who joined CV Mega Multibisnis, Rima Julianti at PT Engineering Solution Automation, Recky Septiandi and Estu Nugraha at PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero), Rabiatul Adawiyah at PT PGAS Solution, and Nitalia who was accepted at INTACT Base Bangka Belitung.
Their success is not only proof of the quality of TRPL Polman Babel graduates, but also an inspiration for other students to continue to be enthusiastic about learning and preparing themselves to face the world of work from an early age.
When met, the Head of the Informatics and Business Department, Yang Agita Rindri, M.Eng., expressed her appreciation for the achievements of the students. She said that this achievement reflects the synergy between the campus curriculum and the needs of the industry.
"I am very proud. This shows that our students are able to compete and are trusted by the industrial world even before officially holding a graduate degree," she added.
She also advised the students to maintain the good name of their alma mater in the workplace. Show a professional attitude, good work ethics, and responsibility. That is the main capital to continue to grow in the industrial world," she added.

One of the students who was accepted for work, Nitalia, expressed her gratitude and did not expect to be immediately accepted to work at INTACT Base. This is the result of the guidance of lecturers and experience during internships," she said.
According to Nitalia, the challenges of the world of work are indeed not easy, but practical experience during college greatly helps the adaptation process.
"I feel more prepared because on campus we are given many project-based assignments like in companies," she said.
