Improving Competency, Babel State Police Holds Certification Providing for Students
Students at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic Campus took part in a training session in the competency certification provision program provided by the Assessor.
Polman Babel - In order to prepare students for competency certification, the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic held a briefing starting from 05 - 09 August 2024 which was attended by 267 students in their respective fields of expertise.

In his speech, Director of the Polman Babel Professional Certification Institute (LSP), Masdani., M.T. delivering this certification program is an important step to ensure students have the competencies needed in the industry.
"This certification not only tests their abilities, but also provides recognition for the skills they have achieved," he added.
Students who take this certification will open up wider opportunities in finding work and will be more prepared and confident in facing professional challenges and will have skills that are relevant to current industry demands.
"We hope that this certification can identify areas that need further development for student participants so that we can continue to improve the quality of the certification program and ensure that students are truly ready to face challenges in the world of work," he said.
"This is a golden opportunity for students to show what they have learned during lectures and how they can apply it in real situations designed to measure and improve students' technical skills and professional abilities," he emphasized.
"One of the students, Agus, hopes that this competency certification activity will provide an opportunity for us to measure the progress of our abilities and find out where we can improve ourselves as well as for career development in the field of competent expertise," he hoped.
