Tireless, Babel State Polman Students Must Complete Final Projects
Students are very enthusiastic to complete the final project as a graduation requirement before graduation
Polman Babel - Ahead of Graduation, final year students of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic were seen doing activities in the Welding and Metal Manufacturing practice lab, the mechanical workshop building of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in completing the final project course as a graduation requirement, Monday (08/07/2024).
In monitoring, it can be seen that final year students from the Diploma III Mechanical Maintenance and Repair (PPM) and Diploma IV Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Study Programs are eager to complete the final project in the form of the work of a machine even though they tend to experience a fairly high level of stress.
When met, one of the Diploma IV students of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Fathur said the final project can also be said to be the final research which is one of the proofs that a student has the ability and understands various materials through a research," he said.
"The Final Project can also implement the knowledge learned during lectures in research related to their field of expertise," he said.
He also said that the final project, if carried out seriously, is not as difficult as imagined. Indeed, there are many factors that determine the success of completing the final project. However, the most important key to completing the final project target is in the student concerned," he said.
