Final Project Session As the Main Requirement for Achieving Graduation, Students Heading for Graduation
Polman Babel - Final year students, Diploma III in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (JTM) and Diploma III in the Department of Electronics (JTE) of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic have finished their final project session in the Class Theory room, Wednesday (24/07/2024)
Chairman of the Final Project Commission, Yang Agita Rindri., M.Eng. said the final project session lasted five days and was attended by approximately 200 students. The trial was held from morning to evening and went smoothly.

"In general, there were no problems, the trial went smoothly and the examiners who had been arranged previously came on time. "Students also come half an hour before the session, in terms of clothing, they follow the rules determined by the Final Project Guidance Regulations," he said.
"During the presentation session, students are given an average of fifteen minutes, then they go into a question and answer session on how students defend the final project report as a whole to be intellectually accountable," he added.
"Apart from that, he added that whether or not a trial student passes can be assessed in preparing their report, whether they made a lot of revisions or not," he explained.

"Apart from that, students who have had their thesis exams and been declared passed have not announced their exam results on the same day, because according to them there are many additional factors that must be reconsidered by the examining lecturers," he said.
"So we are still pending, we agreed not to announce the value first. Ka. The study program will wait for the results of the discussions of the examiners, supervisors and chair of the session. For the announcement of grades, it is three days after the trial. "And for students who do not pass, we will clearly evaluate them, we will examine them from the final project report and they can be held accountable again," he stressed.
