BAKK PROFILE
In Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2010 concerning the Establishment, Organization, and Work Procedures of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, this work unit was initially named the Academic Administration, Student Affairs, Planning, and Cooperation Section (BAAKPK). Its duties included academic administration, student development, registration and compilation of student and alumni data, program and budget planning, and administration of cooperation within the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic. At that time, BAAKPK had two subsections: the Academic and Student Affairs Subsection and the Planning and Cooperation Subsection.
Then, in 2024, based on Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2024 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, the BAAKPK unit was nomenclaturally changed to the Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Section (BAKK), which is tasked with providing services in the academic, student, alumni, and cooperation fields.
In carrying out its duties, BAKK has the following functions:
- Implementing administrative services for education, research, and community service;
- Evaluating education, research, and community service;
- Implementing student registration and academic statistics;
- Managing academic data and facilities;
- Implementing services for fostering student interests, talents, and welfare;
- Managing student and alumni data;
- Facilitating student and alumni activities;
- Implementing coordination and administration of cooperation;
- Implementing public relations affairs;
- Providing information services.
The Division of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation (BAKK) consists of the Academic Subdivision and Functional Position Groups.
The Academic Subdivision is responsible for providing administrative services and evaluation of education, research, and community service, student registration, academic statistics, and managing academic data and facilities.
