The Polman Negeri Babel Stand was packed with visitors at the Integrated Career Platform of Pemali 1 State High School.
The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) participated in the first day of the Integrated Career Guidance event held at Pemali 1 State Senior High School, scheduled for two days, December 16-17, 2025.
The Integrated Career Guidance event provides a strategic platform for high school students to learn about the world of higher education, explore their talents and career interests, and explore opportunities to continue their studies at state and private universities in Bangka Belitung and beyond.
The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including student art performances, a Campus Expo, college promotion, career talent and interest assessments, a student career talk show, and a well-attended MSME bazaar.
Polman Babel also opened a promotional booth displaying information about the admissions process, study programs, and the campus's unique practice-based vocational education system.
Apart from Polman Babel, a number of other universities also participated, such as Bangka Belitung University (UBB), Muhammadiyah University of Bangka Belitung (UNMUH Babel), Aisyiyah University, Ahmad Dahlan University, Pertiba University, and the Heroes 12 Institute.

When contacted for confirmation, Sutrisno, S.A.P., a member of the Polman Babel promotion team, explained that Polman Babel's participation in this event aims to provide students with the broadest possible information about the world of vocational education. "This serves as a promotional tool for the campus, so students understand the registration process, major options, and career opportunities for Polman Babel graduates," he said.
Interestingly, Polman Babel also showcased various student creations at its booth, ranging from practical tools to innovative products, which successfully attracted students' attention and prompted them to visit and discuss directly with the promotion team.
"Thank God, the Polman Babel booth was very busy on the first day. "Many students flocked to the venue to seek information in preparation for their studies," he said.

Meanwhile, Olan Romdhani, S.E., Head of the Academic Sub-Division at Polman Babel, was also present on-site to answer various questions from students of SMA Negeri 1 Pemali regarding academics and the lecture system at Polman Babel.
Promotional activities were not limited to the booth area, but also included live presentations in the school's designated classrooms, providing students with a deeper understanding of educational options and future career paths," he concluded.
