Penetrating National Competition, Polman Negeri Babel Students Win Three Champions at Once
Three Polman Negeri Babel students, Prabowo Agung Pribadi, Dimas Andriansyah, and Muhammad Nur Huda, have successfully achieved proud achievements at the national level by winning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at the 2025 National CAD CAM Competition (NCC) held at the Indramayu State Polytechnic.
Three students of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) successfully brought honor to the campus in the 2025 National CAD CAM Competition (NCC) held at the Indramayu State Polytechnic.
Of the four participants who took part in the competition, three of them won the title in different categories, Thursday (6/26/2025).
The names that made achievements were Prabowo Agung Pribadi as Champion 1 in the 3D Mechanical Animation category, Dimas Andriansyah won Champion 2 in the 2D Drafting category, and Muhammad Nur Huda won Champion 3 in the same category. Although one participant was eliminated in the midst of tight competition, this achievement is proof that Polman Babel students are no less great than other campuses at the national level.
One of the supervising lecturers, Muhammad Haritsah Amrullah, M.Eng., who is familiarly called Ayit, admitted that he was proud of his students' achievements with this victory being the result of intensive training and consistent coaching strategies over the past few months.
"Students have been trained not only from the technical side, but also the mental side of competing. In an event like this, calmness and software mastery are very important in determining the results," he added.
Ayit said that the achievements of Polman Babel students at the 2025 NCC event were a spur for the campus to continue developing other competency development because vocational campuses in Bangka Belitung have great potential," he said.
The student technical trainer, Ilham Akbar, also gave his view that perseverance and collaboration were the main keys to the team's success. Every night they stayed up late to perfect the design, evaluate shortcomings, and conduct simulations. This is not an instant victory, but the result of months of hard work," he explained.
He added that all participating students received direct guidance from a team of lecturers and alumni who had competed in the same event.
"We have a strong coaching ecosystem. All parties are involved," he said.
Student representative, Prabowo Agung Pribadi, admitted that he did not expect to win 1st place in a very competitive category. The competitors were tough, many from well-known campuses. But because we were sure and confident with our work, thank God we were able to win," he said.
Prabowo also shared the process of his team's struggle. From limited equipment, tight training time, to feeling bored when facing technical challenges. "But it all paid off. We are proud to be able to bring the name of Polman Babel to shine on the national stage," he concluded.
