Not Just Inaugurated, 23 CPNS Ready to Grow and Contribute in Polman Negeri Babel
Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) were officially inaugurated at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel), Tuesday (01/07/2025).
A total of 23 people, this inauguration was held at the Joint Lecture Building of the Polman Babel campus and was attended by all levels of leadership and academics.
Of the total employees inaugurated, consisting of lecturers and education staff. This inauguration is part of the institution's efforts to strengthen the capacity of human resources to support a superior and competitive vocational education process.
The Director of Polman Babel, Dr. I Made Andik Setiawan, Ph.D., directly inaugurated and handed over the decision letters to the CPNS. In his remarks, he expressed his hope that the newly inaugurated employees could immediately adapt and show their best performance.
"Welcome to the big family of Polman Babel. Here, we work not only well, but also with heart. Let us maintain ethics and aesthetics in every step of our work," he added.
He also emphasized the importance of synergy between campus elements, both lecturers and education staff. "At Polman Babel, there are no barriers. We are one body. Let us move together for the progress of the institution," he added.
One of the inaugurated employees, Muhammad Iqbal., M.Eng. expressed his gratitude for officially becoming part of Polman Babel even though he still has CPNS status. He said that the process that has been gone through was quite long, and this inauguration is the beginning of a big responsibility in the future.
"Alhamdulillah, this is a very meaningful first step. Although I have not fully become a 100 percent civil servant, I feel that I have been accepted as part of the big family of this campus," he said.
Iqbal also highlighted the importance of maintaining the spirit of learning and contributing to the world of vocational education. He hopes that in the future he can make a real contribution both personally and in the work team.
"As a CPNS, I want to learn as much as possible. On this campus, I see a supportive work environment, and I want to grow together," he said.
