Director of Babel State Polman, Visits the Central Bangka Regency DPRD Office
Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan., M.Eng, Ph.D. together with the academic community, visited the Central Bangka Regency DPRD office in the context of a hearing on the development of the Polman Babel II Campus, Department of Agricultural Engineering.
Polman Babel - Director of Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng.,Ph.D. along with his staff, visited the Central Bangka Regency DPRD office regarding an audience meeting on the development of campus II majoring in Agricultural Engineering, Tuesday (09/07/2024).
This audiention meeting was attended by the Chairman of Commission II DPRD Central Bangka, Edi Purwanto, Regional Secretariat of Central Bangka, Drs. Sugianto., M.Sc. representatives from the Education Service, representatives from the Public Works Service, BPKAD, as well as several Central Bangka Regency government employees.
On that occasion, Deputy Chairman I of the Central Bangka DPRD, Batianus., M.M. welcomes and appreciates that the regional government of Central Bangka Regency realizes the plan to establish campus II for the Agricultural Engineering Study Program from Polman Babel.
"I hope that this plan can run smoothly and be realized according to expectations in order to provide added value to our region, so that high school/vocational school graduates and equivalent can continue their study program at the tertiary level without having to leave the region," explained Deputy Chair I of the Regency DPRD. Central Bangka.
Meanwhile, Assistant II of the Central Bangka Regional Secretariat, Drs.H. Wahyu Nurrakhman, M.Sc. gave a statement that his party together with the relevant departments were serious about realizing the establishment of the campus. "Several efforts have been made to accelerate the establishment of Campus II with Polman Babel," he said.
"The hope is to make the Polman Babel II campus the focus of the regional government's attention. "The support of all parties really helps the smooth administration of this collaboration," said Wahyu.
Meanwhile, the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., expressed his greetings to the Central Bangka DPRD for facilitating this meeting. "We are very grateful to have met with representatives of Central Bangka Regency government employees and to support them in education so that we can achieve our intention to establish campus II for the Polman Babel Agricultural Engineering Department in the Central Bangka Regency area," he said.
