GOOD HMJ Tetronika, Polman Negeri Babel Students Spread Concern in the Month of Ramadhan
The GEMBIRA (Gemar Berbagi Ramadhan) Work Program initiated by the Tetronika Student Association (HMJ) of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic brought great benefits to the children at the Al Kautsar Orphanage, Sungailiat, which took place on Sunday (23/03/2025) not only providing material assistance, but also fostering social awareness and a spirit of sharing among students.
In this activity, 21 members and 22 staff of HMJ Tetronika participated, bringing various forms of assistance such as takjil, basic necessities, donations, and stationery gifts for the children at the orphanage. This moment not only brought happiness to the recipients, but also became a valuable experience for students in understanding the meaning of sharing and caring for others.

The Head of HMJ Tetronika, Arya Ramadhani, said that this activity aims to strengthen relationships between members and provide real contributions to society. Through GEMBIRA, we want to build togetherness and instill the value of social concern in the holy month of Ramadan. This is a real manifestation of student devotion to the community," he said on Monday (03/24/2025).
"We want to make GEMBIRA an annual agenda of HMJ Tetronika. Hopefully in the future more students will be involved and more orphanages can feel the benefits," he added.
One of the orphanage children, Rafi, expressed his happiness when receiving stationery gifts from the students. I am very happy to be able to get gifts and eat with the students. Hopefully they will come here often,” he said.

The supervisor of HMJ Tetronika Polman Babel, Zanu Saputra, M.Tr.T., said that it was the students’ initiative to organize this program. I am very proud to see students who remain active and caring, even though they are fasting. This kind of enthusiasm must continue to be maintained and developed in various other forms of devotion,” he said.
"Social activities such as GEMBIRA not only provide direct benefits to the community, but also become a learning tool for students in developing leadership character, teamwork, and social sensitivity," he said.
With activities like this, students not only hone their academic skills, but also form a character that is more empathetic, caring, and responsible for the surrounding environment. GEMBIRA is not just a sharing program, but also a means of in-depth social learning for the younger generation," he concluded.

This activity ended with breaking the fast together which further strengthened the relationship between students and children at the orphanage.
