Polman Babel Student-E Activities 2024 End, Hundreds of Students Go Home with Valuable Experience
The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic Campus (Polman Babel) was again in the spotlight on Thursday (17/10/2024), when the Student-E event, a competition aimed at high school/vocational school students, officially closed.
The event which took place in the Hall building succeeded in attracting the attention of 360 participants from various schools, creating an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and creativity.

The participants, consisting of high school and vocational school students, attended with accompanying teachers from each school, making this event a valuable learning opportunity. Each team tries hard to show their abilities in the various competition categories provided.
Somawardi, M.T., as chief executive and Head of the Polman Babel Academic Administration, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation (BAAKPK) Unit, delivered his remarks at the closing of the event. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of activities such as Student-E in honing students' skills and talents, as well as preparing them to face challenges in the world of higher education and industry," he said.
"This event is not only about competition, but also about learning and collaboration between students from various backgrounds," said Somawardi.
He hopes that the participants can take valuable lessons from this experience, both in terms of knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Somawardi also emphasized that he would continue Student-E activities in the coming year. "God willing, we will hold Student-E again with more participants and more diverse categories. "We hope that more students can participate," he added.
