SNBT 2025 Polman Negeri Babel Officially Starts, Hurry Up and Register, Don't Miss Out
New Student Admissions for the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) for the 2025 academic year will soon be opened
Registration will take place from March 11 to March 27, 2025, providing an opportunity for high school, vocational school, Islamic high school, and equivalent graduates from 2023, 2024, and students graduating in 2025 to join Polman Babel through this SNBT pathway.
Deputy Director I of Polman Babel, Irwan, Ph.D., Monday (10/03/2025) said that the SNBT pathway is one of the competitive and transparent state university entrance selection schemes. SNBT provides ample opportunity for prospective students to choose study programs according to their interests and talents at various state universities," he added.
"In this SNBT pathway, each participant is allowed to choose a maximum of four study programs at both Academic and Vocational State Universities. However, there is a maximum age limit of 25 years as of July 1, 2025. Therefore, prospective participants are advised to consider their options carefully before registering," he said.
For participants who pass the administrative selection, they must prepare themselves for the next stage, namely the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK). This test consists of two main parts, namely the Scholastic Test and the Literacy Test which will measure the cognitive abilities and literacy understanding of participants," he said.
The Coordinator of the Polman Babel Promotion and Publication Team, Olan Romdhani, S.E., also added that Polman Babel is ready to accept new students with various facilities and educational programs that have been adjusted to industry needs in producing competent graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work.

"Before registering, students must first create a student account on the snpmb page and when registering can choose a study program at Polman Babel," said Olan.
"Polman Babel has nine study programs consisting of three for diploma three and six for applied bachelor or diploma four," he added.
