Babel State Polman Diploma III Student, Participates in Socialization and Provision of Internship Program
Polman Babel - Considering the importance of socialization activities and provision of internship programs for improving students' skills, Department of D-III Mechanical Engineering and Department of D-III Electronics, in the Hall of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel), Thursday (20/06/2024) which will send students to internships in various companies and agencies.
This is an internship that is required by the Department for three months. The internship commission team, using practical field work courses, provides training in one of the internship training activities, namely providing socialization to presenters on guidelines for implementing internships, especially for Diploma III students.
This time, the Internship Commission Team includes various study programs from the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Electronics, namely the D-III Mechanical Repair and Maintenance Engineering (TPPM), D-III Mechanical Design Engineering (TPcM), and D-III Electronics Engineering study programs.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Internship Commission Pristiansyah., M.Eng. as well as the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department, in his material, he conveyed the guidelines for implementing internships and working conditions as well as various things that include practical field work activities.
"If we do an internship, we must have competent skills in the technical field, and we must maintain the good academic reputation of Polman Babel students and this will definitely be very useful when you apply for jobs." Obviously.
This internship activity will be carried out in the 5th semester of Diploma III students, which will be distributed to several companies and agencies based on student competency.
At the same time, Zanu Saputra., M.Tr.T. as well as the Head of the Electronics Department, said that in internship activities, there will be ups and downs, "yes, until there are things that are not good. So our practical field work skills in the engineering field will be honed there." he said.
In the final session of internship socialization which was held in the Polman Babel Hall Building, a question and answer session was held by student participant Ratna Susilawati, one of the student participants asked about internship procedures in the Internship Commission Team.
