Under the Leadership of I Made Andik Setiawan, the Babel State Polman Appoints Three New Deputy Directors
Director of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, I Made Andik Setiawan, conveyed messages and hopes to the three new Deputy Directors who were solemnly inaugurated, in the presentation room.
Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) held an inauguration ceremony for three new Deputy Directors on Wednesday (14/08/2024) in the Presentation room.
This event was attended by the academic community, including lecturers, education staff, and the wives of the deputy directors who were inaugurated and took place in a solemn atmosphere.
The three officials appointed were:
– Irwan, Ph.D. as Deputy Director I, who will lead academic affairs.
– M. Subhan, M.T. as Deputy Director II, responsible for finance and resources.
– Eko Sulistyo, M.T. as Deputy Director III, who will handle student and alumni affairs.
In his speech, the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., expressed his confidence in the ability of the new officials to strengthen campus management and achieve the strategic targets that have been set.
He emphasized that this inauguration was an important step in facing various challenges in the world of education which continues to develop.
“We need a solid and experienced team to take Polman Babel to a higher level. "I believe that with the competence of the newly appointed colleagues, we will be able to achieve the campus' strategic targets," said I Made Andik.
This inauguration is expected to bring refreshment to the campus leadership structure. Each Deputy Director is expected to make maximum contributions in their respective fields and work together to achieve the big vision of Polman Babel.
Apart from that, I Made Andik also highlighted the importance of innovation and adaptation in facing the ever-changing dynamics of education. He emphasized that the success of Polman Babel was the result of hard work and synergy from all elements of the campus, not just the responsibility of the newly appointed Deputy Director.
"Let's make this inauguration a momentum to strengthen the togetherness and hard work of all of us to achieve the vision and mission of Polman Babel," he concluded.
"With the inauguration of a new Deputy Director, Polman Babel is optimistic that we can move more steadily towards achieving its vision as a superior and highly competitive educational institution," he concluded.
