Director Hands Satyalancana Award for Satya's Work and Top of The Year 2022, 77th RI Anniversary Prize for Polmanbabel Employees

SUNGAILIAT_POLMANBABEL. Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Negeri Babel) held a flag ceremony in commemoration of the 77th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022 at the Polman Negeri Babel campus, Wednesday (17/08/2022).
After raising the flag, followed by a series of silences, reading the Pancasila text, reading the text of the proclamation and the 1945 constitution, the Director of the Polman Negeri Babel as the builder of the ceremony gave awards and awards to the employees of the Polman Negeri Babel.
It began with the awarding of the Satyalancana Karya Satya honorary token based on the excerpt of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia number 33/TK/Tahun2021 dated April 30, 20021 which was accepted by Drs. Bowo Kriswanto as Revenue Treasurer at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic.
In addition, three awards were given to the 2022 Top of The Year employee among the first employees to receive the 2022 National Research Grant.
The employee is Riki Afiansyah as a novice research lecturer with the research title Development of Integrated Information Systems on Medical Record Reporting, Regional Retribution and Employee Performance at the UPTD Animal Health Center Pangkalpinang City.
Following Zulfitriyanto as a novice lecturer research with the research title Analysis of the Annealing Process of Carbon Fiber Composites on Mechanical Properties in Hollow Glass Microphere (HGM) Filters Using the RSM Method.
Second, awards were also given to two employees who obtained the National Journal Scientific Publication with Sinta 1 Accredited in 2022, namely on behalf of Charlotha with the title Fabrication of Nitrate Ion Sensor Based On Conductive Polyaniline Doped with Nitrate Using Thick Film Technology, Journal of Mechatronics, Electrical Power, and Vehicular Technology : LIPI.
And on behalf of Zanu Saputra with the title Carbon Electrode Sensitivity Enhancement for Lead Detection Using Polypyrrole, Ionic Liquid, and Nafion Composite, Journal of Mechatronics, Electrical Power, and Vihicular Technology : LIPI.
Furthermore, the fourth award for employees who are responsive in handling emergency situations is to Abdul Budi. He is an employee who cares and is alert in dealing with the risk of equipment and transformer fires at the Polman Negeri Babel Campus.
The Director of the Polman Negeri Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan said that the award was given in order to appreciate, evoke a good atmosphere, and appreciate a process or good deed that had been carried out by employees of the Polman Negeri Babel for both educators and educational staff.
"This is a form of appreciating the achievements that have been made, lest we just be busy looking at people's shortcomings and weaknesses, but we forget to appreciate someone's success," said Made, Wednesday (17/08/2022).
"That's the most important thing, we should appreciate the strengths more than see the weaknesses, because everyone must have weaknesses and the impact is not good," he continued.
Made also said that this award is the first step to motivate employees at Polman Negeri Babel to always raise something good and produce good work.
Regarding the awarding of the Satyalancana Karya Satya honor, Made explained that this award is given to Civil Servants who have worked with full loyalty to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the state and government and with full dedication, honesty, skill, and discipline continuously at the most. short of 10 (ten) years, 20 (twenty) years, or 30 (thirty) years in accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Indonesia.
As for the Top of the Year award, Made explained that in the future, awards for employees will be added with various categories as motivation for other employees, because this is the first time the awards are only for the categories of research, publication and responsive employees.
"The award category is not yet complete because the current instrument is not complete or has not been completed in determining employees who deserve to receive the award," he said.
"The instrument must be based on objective data, not subjective," he continued.
He added that in the following years, awards will be given to employees and students with more categories. (hms/oln)
