Remaining enthusiastic, ASN PPPK employees have completed training at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Education and Training Center
All ASN PPPK employees from various regions gathered at the Red and White Building of the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture
Polman Babel - A total of 5 ASN PPPK employees of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic successfully participated in orientation training which took place from 14 to 20 July 2024. During the 5 days of training, the participants carried out offline learning at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Education and Training Center.
This was conveyed on Saturday (20/07/2024) by the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D. said congratulations on success and success on time for employees who have taken part in the Government ASN Employee Orientation Training with an Agreement (PPPK) at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Education and Training Center in 2024," he added.
"As government employees with a work agreement (PPPK) at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic in 2024, those who have completed orientation training at the Ministry of Education and Culture are expected to be able to actualize the core values of ASN PPPK with AKHLAK in their respective work units," he said.
"The basic value of "Be AKHLAK" is not only considered as a slogan but is actually implemented while being a PPPK ASN. "The participants who take part must be able to carry out their duties by being service-oriented, accountable, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive and collaborative," he said.
One of the lecturer employees, Ocsirendi., M.T. "It is hoped that the presence of ASN PPPK in this competitive era can help answer and solve various problems on the Polman Babel campus and must provide the best service in carrying out its main duties," he said.
"The service that is your responsibility as an ASN PPPK employee is your obligation to unite your energy and thoughts to participate in development in order to realize the shared ideals of Polman Babel, which we love," said Ocsi.
