To welcome the National Education Week (SNBP), Al Muhajirin Koba Islamic Senior High School visited Polman Negeri Babel.
Coinciding with the National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB) through the Achievement-Based National Selection (SNBP), Al Muhajirin Koba Islamic Senior High School visited the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) in the Auditorium on Tuesday (February 3, 2026).
The visit was attended by 76 12th-grade students, accompanied by 12 teachers, as an effort to broaden the students' horizons regarding the world of vocational higher education and the opportunities for continuing their education through the SNBP pathway.
The Al Muhajirin Koba Islamic Senior High School delegation was warmly welcomed by the Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation Division (BAKK) of Polman Babel, which consistently provides the widest possible access to information for prospective students.

In his presentation, the Head of Academic, Student Affairs, and Cooperation of Polman Babel, Somawardi, M.T., comprehensively explained the profile of the Polman Babel campus, especially regarding the mechanisms and opportunities for entering higher education through the SNPMB SNBP pathway which is currently underway," he explained.
"Furthermore, Somawardi also provided strategic information regarding a new study program, the Bachelor of Applied Digital Banking and Finance, designed to address industry needs and technological developments in the financial sector," he added.

Meanwhile, the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Al Muhajirin Koba, Meli Susandi, S.Pd., explained that the visit aimed to broaden students' knowledge about higher education, particularly the vocational education offered by Polman Babel.
He hopes that this activity will inspire students to develop the interest and confidence to enroll and continue their education at Polman Babel. Furthermore, last year, several alumni of the school successfully enrolled through the SNBP pathway in the Precision Agriculture Study Program.
"Hopefully, this year, more of our students will apply and be accepted to study at Polman Babel through the SNBP (National Student Admission) program," added Meli.
She also expressed her gratitude to all Polman Babel academics for the warm welcome and hospitality they received during the visit," she concluded.

To conclude the series of activities, both parties exchanged souvenirs as a symbol of friendship and cooperation, while also marking the close relationship between Madrasah Aliyah Al Muhajirin Koba and the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic.
