During the Civil Servant Oath-taking Ceremony, 23 Polman Negeri Babel Employees Commit to Improving Service and Performance
The long-awaited moment finally arrived for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, with 23 employees officially taking the oath of office as Civil Servants (PNS) on the 4th floor of the Joint Lecture Building on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Emotions and joy were evident on the faces of the employees who attended the ceremony. After serving as CPNS, they now officially hold the status of full-fledged Civil Servants (ASN) at the best vocational campus in Bangka Belitung.
The civil servant oath-taking ceremony took place joyfully and was attended by the leadership and structural officials of Polman Babel, who have witnessed the career journeys of these CPNS employees who have completed all stages of their appointment as civil servants.
Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., in his remarks said that the inauguration and oath-taking were not the end of the journey, but rather the beginning of making a greater contribution to the institution because this inauguration was not the end, but the beginning of a better journey of service towards progress because the good and bad of Polman Babel in the future depends greatly on all employees who work and serve until retirement," he concluded.
"The most important thing is to maintain the institution's good name. A university's reputation is built through quality service and public trust. Therefore, every employee must be able to provide the best service to students and all stakeholders," he explained.

Furthermore, I Made emphasized cooperation and solidarity among employees so that all civil servants (ASN) do not work individually, but rather support each other to achieve the common goal of advancing Polman Babel.
"Never think you can succeed alone; everyone who works at Polman Babel must support each other and work together for the advancement of the institution," he emphasized.
Furthermore, a civil servant (ASN) must not only carry out the routine of coming and going to work, but must also be able to produce performance with clear targets and complete each task with full responsibility.
"Work must produce results. Avoid unnecessary conflict and complete each task well. Be a reliable civil servant who prioritizes dedication to the advancement of Polman Babel," he added.
Meanwhile, one of the employees officially inaugurated as a civil servant, Ilham Nur Dimas Yahya, S.Si., M.T., said, "Alhamdulillah (praise be to God), I am grateful to Allah SWT for reaching this point. I am also grateful to my family and Polman Babel for their help and support throughout the process from CPNS to PNS. This mandate is a huge responsibility to provide the best service to the state and the community," he said.
Ilham prioritizes maintaining integrity and professionalism in his work as a civil servant, as he believes that currently, civil servants must be able to adapt to technological developments, continue to innovate, and build synergy and collaboration with various parties to make the best contribution to Polman Babel."
