The SNBP is over, now it's time to seize the opportunity at the 2026 Polman Negeri Babel SNBT.
The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic is once again offering opportunities for high school (SMA/SMK/MA) graduates to continue their education through the 2026 National Test-Based Selection (SNBT) pathway. Registration for this pathway is officially open from March 25 to April 7, 2026.
The opening of this SNBT pathway is part of the National New Student Admissions Selection (SNPMB) series, which prospective students eagerly await each year. Following the closure of the Achievement-Based National Selection (SNBP), the SNBT now offers a second opportunity.
The SNBT itself is a follow-up stage in the national selection process, before the independent selection process concludes. This provides more opportunities for students to continue their higher education, especially at Polman Babel.

When contacted on Tuesday (March 31, 2026), the Head of the Academic Sub-Division of Polman Babel, Olan Romdhani, S.E., explained that the opening of the 2026 SNBT pathway aims to accommodate the unfilled quota from the SNBP pathway, so that the SNBT pathway can still optimally fulfill the admission quota.
He also emphasized that SNBT registration is open to high school/vocational high school/Islamic high school graduates of 2024, 2025, and 2026. All prospective participants are urged to follow the registration procedures carefully to avoid administrative errors. Participants must also prepare optimally for the Computer-Based Written Exam (UTBK), which will be held from April 21 to 31, 2026.
"The announcement of the results of the SNBT selection process can be accessed on May 25, 2026, through each participant's account. This serves as a reminder for prospective students to regularly monitor official information," he concluded.
Furthermore, today coincides with the announcement of the SNBP. Participants who have passed are encouraged to immediately re-register from April 2 to 15, 2026, and to pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) from April 16 to 21, 2026," he said.
By opening all admission channels, including SNBP, SNBT, and independent, we hope to attract the best students. Students will gain practical and theoretical vocational learning experiences that differ from those at the high school/vocational high school/Islamic high school level," he added.
Going forward, Polman Babel plans to open new study programs to meet industry needs and technological developments. Further information regarding these programs will be announced soon," said Olan.
