SUNGAILIAT_POLMANBABEL. Students of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Negeri Babel) participated in the scholarship selection from PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA for three days on 29 – 30 September, and 04 October 2022.
Head of the Planning and Cooperation Subdivision of the Polman Negeri Babel, Juanda said that this selection activity was the fifth time or batch 5 of PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA in the selection of Polman Negeri Babel students for internship programs, scholarships and recruitment.
The implementation of this activity is the result of a follow-up to the educational collaboration between the Polman Negeri Babel and PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA which is routinely carried out every year.
He continued, this time the number of applicants who took part in the selection was 30 students from 4 study programs that matched the needs of PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA including D3 Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Engineering, D3 Mechanical Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, D4 Software Engineering Technology.
"The Polman Negeri Babel would like to thank PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA who have collaborated with the Polman Negeri Babel, especially for the opportunity for internships and work in this company," said Juanda (5/10).
Juanda continued that before carrying out the online selection, the Polman Negeri Babel had proposed potential students to join the PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA scholarship program.
Then the results of the student administration selection have the opportunity to take an online interview test from the HRD section of PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA, followed by a medical check-up test for those who pass the interview.
"We leave this selection process entirely to PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA to choose the best students from the Polman Negeri Babel," said Juanda.
"Through educational collaboration with PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA, Polman Negeri Babel students have the opportunity to get scholarships, field work practices and even the opportunity to work in this company according to the company's needs," he added.
"This educational collaboration has been going on for the last few years," said Juanda.
Juanda also hopes that students can bring their alma mater to Polman Negeri Babel later and can apply their knowledge in the company.
In addition, this selection process can see how far the potential skills and soft skills of students can increase absorption in the world of work after graduating from college.
