Two Polman Negeri Babel Officially Inaugurated as PPPK with New Status and Responsibilities
The long journey of the employees of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) in carrying out their duties and providing services has finally borne fruit. After a lengthy process, two employees were officially appointed as Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) on Monday (November 17, 2025) during an inauguration ceremony held in the Polman Babel Presentation Room.
This inauguration was significant for the two employees, Amril Reza and Indar Rhidinata, who had previously been awaiting their turn. Both were inaugurated directly by the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., accompanied by the Deputy Directors and witnessed by other leadership members.

In his remarks, the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., stated that the mandate as a PPPK is not merely an employee status, but a manifestation of the state's trust in each individual who carries out their duties, and they must carry them out with full responsibility and integrity.
"Furthermore, this position is a mandate that represents all Indonesian people. We are paid by the state and the people's money, while there are still many out there who are lacking. Therefore, be grateful and carry out your duties to the best of your ability," he said.
I Made emphasized the importance of working within your authority without abusing your position, as every employee must understand the limits of their responsibilities and uphold work ethics.
"We are not alone; we are all part of a team at Polman Babel. We thrive because of togetherness and mutual support. Congratulations to the newly inaugurated employees. Remember to carry out your duties and continue to be part of the positive change on the Polman Babel campus," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the inaugurated employees, Amril Reza, expressed his gratitude and emotion for the trust placed in him. "Thank God, we must be grateful for this blessing from God. Thank you to the Director, family, and all colleagues at Polman for your help and support," he said.
"In fact, this inauguration is the beginning of making a greater contribution to the campus, hopefully it can be more useful and provide the best for Polman Babel, religion, nation, and state," he concluded.
