Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic Holds Submission of CPNS Decrees for New Employees
Polman Babel - At the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, a ceremony for handing over Civil Servant Decree (SK) was held. to 38 Civil Servants (CPNS), at the Joint Lecture Building, Floor III, Wednesday (31/07/2024).
This event was attended by a number of important officials, including the chancellor, dean, lecturers and invited guests from the Polman Babel campus academic community.

Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D. conveyed a deep sense of pride and appreciation to the civil servants who received the decree today. "In his speech, he underlined several important points regarding the duties and responsibilities as a Civil Servant, and being able to immediately adapt and contribute to creating an innovative academic atmosphere on campus," he said.
"The handover of this decree is the beginning of your long journey in providing the best service to the community. "I hope that you will always uphold the principles of integrity, professionalism and high dedication in every task you carry out," he added.

He also emphasized the importance of collaboration and cooperation between colleagues and with other agencies. “Teamwork is the key to success. "Don't hesitate to share knowledge, experience and innovation to achieve common goals," he added.
He also invited civil servants to always develop themselves and increase their competence. “The world continues to develop, and so do the demands of our work. "I invite you to continue learning and adapting to changes, so that we are always ready to face existing challenges," stressed I Made.

Meanwhile, Finance and Personnel Subdivision, Wahyuni Anggraini, S.E. also provided a presentation in conveying several important points related to aspects of financial administration, personnel and starting with employee performance targets (SKP) along with the regulations that apply to all Polman Babel campus employees.
“Every civil servant must understand and comply with existing personnel and financial regulations. "Managing the budget and being a good and correct employee are the keys to achieving efficiency and effectiveness in public services," he said.
Apart from that, he also reminded civil servants to always be transparent and accountable in every use of funds. “Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable. "Let's work honestly and responsibly for mutual progress," he said.
