Dozens of Polman Negeri Babel Alumni Participate in PT Ennovi's Recruitment for Placement in Batam
The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) is once again offering job opportunities to its alumni through a recruitment campaign with industrial companies. This time, the university partnered with PT Ennovi Integrated Engineering Services for the recruitment process, which took place on the second floor of the Joint Lecture Building (GKB) on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
Approximately 12 Diploma III alumni from the Mechanical Design Engineering Study Program and the Machine Maintenance and Repair Engineering Study Program participated in the selection process. Successful applicants will be placed in the Batam region.
During an interview with Aditia, a 2016 Polman Babel alumnus, one of the company representatives explained that participants are currently undergoing a written test, having already passed the administrative stage. "After this, interviews will likely follow next week for those who pass," he said.
He added that the interview process will begin soon so that successful participants can begin work immediately. The target is for selected candidates to join the company next April," he said.

Furthermore, Aditia suggested that job opportunities for Polman Babel graduates remain wide open. In the future, the company is even open to recruiting Diploma IV graduates if the company still needs additional staff in various branches.
"Going forward, Polman Babel alumni will certainly be a priority for this company," she said.
Meanwhile, Harwadi, M.Ed., Head of the Academic Support Unit for Career Development and Entrepreneurship at Polman Babel, explained that this recruitment activity demonstrates the campus's concern for alumni who are unemployed.
He urged the campus to continue its efforts to engage graduates so they can connect with partner companies seeking workers, both in the Bangka Belitung region and beyond.
"This recruitment is a form of our concern, ensuring that we can reach out to unemployed alumni and provide them with employment opportunities through Polman Babel's network of partner companies," he explained.
At the end of his speech, Harwadi also advised alumni who will be hired to maintain professionalism and adhere to the company's operational standards. "Once hired, remember to always adhere to the company's rules and SOPs. This is important because the image of Polman Babel alumni in the eyes of the industry is crucial for determining the trust companies place in our campus," he concluded.
