Extension of the PPPK Decree for the 2021 Class, Polman Negeri Babel Employees Encouraged to Focus on Achievement and Loyalty
Employees of the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) held a signing ceremony for the extension of the Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the Class of 2021 in the Presentation Room on Monday (February 2, 2026).
The signing ceremony was attended by 46 PPPK employees, consisting of 23 lecturers and 23 educational staff. The event was attended by the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., as a demonstration of the leadership's responsibility to ensure continuity and job security for employees.
In his remarks, Polman Babel Director I Made Andik Setiawan stated that with the extension of the PPPK Decree (SK), employees are expected to work with greater peace of mind, a sense of responsibility, and a shared awareness of upholding the institution's good name.
I Made explained that the bureaucratic system at Polman Babel needs to be understood and implemented professionally. This will be achieved if each employee is able to position themselves and act in accordance with applicable regulations.

He further urged all PPPK employees to remain grateful for the opportunities they have been given, which can be reflected in their loyalty, discipline, and high dedication to their work.
"Alhamdulillah, with gratitude, loyalty is maintained and performance continues to improve," he added.
With the implementation of this event, he sincerely hopes that all PPPK lecturers and educational staff will become even more united in supporting the improvement of educational quality, academic services, and the sustainable progress of the institution," he concluded.
