Increasing Human Resources for the Babel State Polman, Opening 34 Lecturer and Education Personnel Formations in the 2024 National Civil Service Candidate Recruitment
The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic Campus Building (Polman Babel) is located in the Air Kantung Industrial Area, Sungailiat, Bangka Regency.
Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) announced the opening of vacancies for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) for 2024. These vacancies include various formations aimed at filling the positions of lecturers and education staff in various departments, Friday (30/08/2024).
The opening of this formation is part of Polman Babel's efforts to improve the quality of education and administrative services in the campus environment.

There are eleven formations that were opened in the CPNS recruitment this time. Available formations include lecturer positions with Master's degrees from various disciplines, including Accounting, Computer/Informatics, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, English and Mathematics. In total there are 34 lecturer positions open, with the greatest need in the Computer/Informatics group being 10 people.
Apart from lecturer formation, Polman Babel also opened several positions for educational staff. Among them are Financial Officers with DIII educational qualifications in the Accounting, Management, Tax and Finance family, as well as Educational Laboratory Personnel with S1/DIV and DIII qualifications in the Agriculture family. Apart from that, there are also formations for Archivists with Bachelor of Civil Engineering qualifications.
According to I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., Director of Polman Babel, the opening of the CPNS formation is a strategic step to strengthen the academic and administrative foundations on campus.

Registration for the 2024 CPNS formation is open online via the official SSCASN BKN portal (https://register-sscasn.bkn.go.id/akun). Prospective applicants can register and upload required files in accordance with the established provisions.

The CPNS selection process will involve several stages, starting from administrative selection, basic competency tests (TKD), to field competency tests (TKB).
