Understanding the Miracle of Is'ra Mi'raj, Babylon State Police Holds Religious Lecture
To commemorate the Islamic holy day of Isra Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the State Manufacturing Polytechnic of Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) held a solemn religious lecture in the campus hall on Friday, January 23, 2026.
The event served as a moment of spiritual reflection for the Polman Babel academic community to strengthen their faith and emulate the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) glorious journey during the Isra Mi'raj.

From midday, the Polman Babel Hall was filled with all staff and academics, and participants were evident in the full attendance and solemn atmosphere throughout the event.
This Isra Mi'raj lecture featured H. Firdaus, Lc., M.Pd. as the main speaker. In his sermon, he in-depth reviewed the miracles contained in the Isra Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

According to H. Firdaus, Is'ra Mi'raj is not just a physical journey of the Prophet Muhammad, but an extraordinary event filled with messages of faith, obedience, and strengthening the relationship between servants and Allah SWT," he explained.
He emphasized that the command to pray five times a day, received by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), is proof of Allah SWT's love for His people and is the main foundation of a Muslim's life.
"In addition to discussing the miracle of Isra Mi'raj, H. Firdaus also encouraged all participants to make a habit of giving alms as a form of social concern and strengthening the value of sincerity in their daily lives," he said.
According to him, almsgiving is not merely about the amount, but also about intention and consistency, because every good deed done sincerely will bring blessings," he added.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the values embodied in the Isra Mi'raj event must be reflected in attitudes and behavior, both in the workplace and in social life," he said.
Through this lecture, he sincerely hopes that religious and spiritual values can continue to grow and become a foundation for building the character of the Polman Babel academic community with integrity, noble character, and professionalism," he concluded.
