After a long wait, Polman Negeri Babel employees were finally inaugurated as PPPK.
Long awaited by the employees, the historic moment has finally arrived. The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) officially inaugurated 28 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, based on Decree No. 1216/PL28/HM.00.08/2025.
An atmosphere of emotion and gratitude enveloped the Joint Lecture Building (GKB) during the inauguration on Friday (10/17/2025). After years of dedicated service, the education staff and lecturers, most of whom had worked for more than ten years, were officially inaugurated as PPPK employees.
In his remarks, the Director of Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., emphasized the importance of responsibility and integrity in their work. "Every employee must be trustworthy, perform at their best, and make the most of their time. All state facilities must be safeguarded and not misused for personal gain," he emphasized.
Furthermore, I Made added that cooperation and mutual trust are key to carrying out our mandate. If even one employee fails to perform their duties properly, everyone will feel the impact. "We are like a rotating wheel; we must support each other to keep moving," he explained.

On the same occasion, he also reminded everyone that the operational funds used by the campus, including employee salaries, come from public funds.
"This government money comes from the regions and the community, including the 280 million Indonesian people. Therefore, let us work responsibly to return the benefits to them," he urged.
Before concluding his remarks, the Director of Polman Babel congratulated all the newly inaugurated employees. He hoped the renewed enthusiasm generated by the inauguration would be a positive energy for the institution's progress.
"Congratulations to all the employees who were officially inaugurated today. Use this momentum as a first step to contribute more to the development of Polman Babel," said I Made.

Meanwhile, one of the lecturers who was also inaugurated, Zulfitriyanto, couldn't hide his emotion. He expressed his joy that his long wait had finally paid off. "I've been waiting for this opportunity for a long time. It feels amazing to have reached this point," he said.
Zulfitriyanto, known as a senior lecturer at Polman Babel, explained that he was part of the first class of Polman Timah alumni, long before the campus transformed into Polman Negeri Babel.
"I studied at Polman Timah. After graduating, I served here and am now officially a PPPK (Community Service Recipient). This is a demonstration of my love for this campus," he said.

Furthermore, Ayu Listiana, an educational staff member, said, "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), I am very grateful for this trust. Today's inauguration marks a new beginning for me to contribute even better to Polman Babel. I hope to carry out my duties professionally, responsibly, and continue learning to deliver optimal results."
