BAAPK PROFILE
The Division of Academic Administration, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation (BAAKPK) has the task of carrying out academic administration, implementing student development, implementing registration and compiling student and alumni data, preparing program plans and budgets as well as implementing cooperation administration within the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic.
The Academic Administration of Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation (BAAKPK) is the implementing element in the field of academic administration, student affairs, planning and cooperation which is under and directly responsible to the Director, while its guidance is under Deputy Directors I, II and III. BAAKPK has the following functions: carrying out academic administration, implementing student development, implementing registration and compiling student and alumni data, preparing plans and reports on programs and budgets as well as implementing cooperation administration within the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic.
BAAKPK consists of two sub-sections, namely the academic and student sections and the planning and cooperation subsections. Each sub-section has a function, including:
- The Academic and Student Affairs sub-section carries out the following functions:
- Implementation and processing of academic and student quality data;
- Implementation of facilitation assistance materials and technical assistance to improve the quality of learning;
- Implementation of the task of selecting and providing scholarships, tuition assistance, and other student empowerment;
- Implementation of facilitation materials to increase students' interests, talents, insights, academic abilities, and foster student organizations;
- Implementation of services and evaluation of the implementation of learning and student affairs.
- Service implementation and education evaluation
- Implementation of student registration and academic statistics.
- Implementation of data management and alumni facilitation
- The Planning and Cooperation Sub-section carries out the following functions:
- Implementation of academic services, cooperation, facilities and infrastructure
- Development of SOPs for academic services, cooperation, facilities and infrastructure
- Implementation of polytechnic budget planning affairs.
- Implementation of the polytechnic budget implementation report
- Implementation of coordination and administration of cooperation.
- Implementation of public relations affairs.
