D3 Electronic Engineering, Vocational Higher Education First Study Program in Babel with Excellent Accreditation

The Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic continues to strive to improve the quality of vocational education in each of its study programs, it has been proven that one of the mainstay study programs has succeeded in obtaining Excellent accreditation from the Engineering Independent Accreditation Institute (LAM).
The Electronic Engineering Diploma Three (D3) Study Program received SUPERIOR accreditation based on the Decree of the Independent Accreditation Institute for Engineering Study Program Number 0117/SK/LAM Teknik/VD3/IV/2023.
It is the first study program at the Vocational College in Bangka Belitung that has superior accreditation from LAM Engineering.
An expression of gratitude was conveyed by the Director of the Polman Negeri Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D. for this maximum achievement for the D3 Electronics Engineering study program.
"Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful for the achievement of the predicate of excellence, this is a gift ahead of Eid Al-Fitr for Polman Babel, especially for D3 Electronics," he said.
Made said that previously this study program had B accreditation, and since last year the accreditation team has been preparing for an extension of the accreditation which is almost expiring from BAN - PT.
This year is the first time proposing accreditation through LAM Engineering because there has been a change in accreditation policy.
He also thanked the team who had worked hard in compiling the accreditation data so far in particular and all the Polman Negeri Babel academics.
"Thank you to the study program accreditation team who have tried their best, and have completed the data needed during the assessment. I hope this will be a good deed for all of us," he said.
For this achievement, Made advised not to feel satisfied but must continue to innovate and continue to make improvements to be even better because achieving this title is not easy.
"This achievement will not be easy if it is not supported by a solid and hard-working team. Hopefully cohesiveness, mutual cooperation, cooperation and team commitment will always be maintained at Polman Babel," Made hoped.
According to the Director of Australian Doctoral Graduates, achieving superior accreditation for the D3 Electronics study program will be an encouragement for the Polman Babel campus to continue to innovate, have quality and create skilled vocational graduates who are ready to work.
He also invited all academics to continue to develop in all fields, especially in the academic field, so that Polman Babel's vision to create a quality polytechnic with the ability of applied science, technology and innovation to support the nation's competitiveness will be achieved.
Even now, other study programs at Polman Babel are also in the process of preparing for an accreditation upgrade, superior accreditation will also be waiting for other study programs.

"This D3 Electronics Study Program is the first Study Program in Babylon to receive the title of superior accreditation from LAM Engineering, we should be proud" he added.
Apart from that, Made also said to students who are interested in studying at Polman Babel that the D3 Electronics Study Program could be an option, currently in 2023 there are still opportunities for independent pathways.
"Registration for the SNBT route has been closed, just waiting for the UTBK test in May, currently the Babel State Police are still opening independent routes," said Made.
Meanwhile, Head of the D3 Electronic Engineering Study Program, Ocsirendi said the results of this accreditation were a gift for the Electronics Engineering accreditation team.
He also thanked all the lecturers, educational staff and the team involved in the process of preparing the accreditation documents.
Ocsi also hopes that the acquisition of Superior accreditation in the D3 Electronic Engineering Study Program can increase the number of enthusiasts for students choosing to study in this diploma three study program.
"Excellent Accreditation is a separate point from the D3 Electronic Engineering Study Program, there are still opportunities for those who wish to choose the D3 Electronic Engineering" said Ocsi.
