Babel State Police Lecturer Innovation Hands Over Rice Thresher Machine to Increase Efficiency and Productivity to Farmers

Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Babel) has once again proven its dedication to empowering the community through real action. On Thursday (23/08/2024) a historic moment occurred in Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency, when Polman Babel handed over a rice threshing machine to the Air Lunding Farmers Group. This is not just aid, but a revolutionary step that will hopefully change the way local farmers manage their crops.
In a simple but meaningful ceremony, the Polman Babel service team led by Zaldy Kurniawan, together with Ilham Ary Wahyudie, Nur Khasanah, and Haradat student Tahrir Algaza, handed over the machine directly to the Head of the Farmers Group, Yuhardi.
“This machine is not just a tool, but a solution we have been waiting for for a long time. "With this technology, we can save time, energy, and of course increase our crop yields," said Yuhardi with enthusiasm and gratitude.
This assistance not only shows Polman Babel's commitment to supporting community welfare, but also strengthens the relationship between the world of education and the lives of farmers. Yuhardi added that community service like this is a real form of the benefits of higher education for us. We hope that this initiative will continue and become more widespread.
