The MoU of Polman Negeri Babel with SMK/SMA was attended by the Governor of Babel

As a vocational education, the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Negeri Babel) continues to synergize with schools in Bangka Belitung, this time the Bangka Belitung State Polytechnic is again collaborating with existing Vocational High Schools (SMK) and Senior High Schools (SMA). in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
The Babel State Polman collaborated with Muntok 1 State Vocational School, Parit Tiga Jebus State Vocational School, 1 State Vocational School, Tempilang 1 State Vocational School, Merawang 1 State High School and Guidance & Counseling Teachers Consultation (MGBK) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
The signing of the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) was personally attended by the Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands, Erzaldi Rosman Djohan at the Babel State Police Hall, Monday 14 February 2022.
In addition, the Head of the Babel Provincial Education Office, the Head of the Babel Provincial Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service and the Head of SMK/SMA/MAN in Babel were also present who had collaborated and planned to collaborate with the Babel State Polman.
Erzaldi said that cooperation between universities and schools really needs to be done because this is a form of synergy between educational institutions to produce superior human resource output in facing the global challenges going forward.
"We highly appreciate the Babel State Police for working together to embrace, collaborate, and synergize with SMKs, SMAs, MANs in the Belitung Islands Province" said Erzaldi (14/02).
"The presence of MAN IC here means that the expansion of the Babel State Polman cooperation is extraordinary," he added.
He explained that when talking about education today, what we envision is 10 years in the future, so we must prepare for education at this time by collaborating and synergizing with each other, regarding inter-vocational collaboration, we must know that suitable technology will be developed in the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province.
"Through the cooperation of the Polman Negeri Babel, it is hoped that the ability of educators and students can be upgraded according to the times," said Erzaldi.
Meanwhile, the Director of the Babel State Police, I Made Andik Setiawan said that there were 26 SMK/SMA/MAN that had collaborated and would collaborate with the Babel State Police.
"Today we will carry out the signing of an MoU with 4 schools and 1 Teacher Guidance & Counseling (MGBK) Conference of the Babel Islands Province," said Made.
Made added that currently the Babel State Police have carried out collaborations in 10 SMKs in Bangka Belitung and 12 schools will also be partnered with to collaborate regarding this educational collaboration.
"Right now we are not to fight alone, to achieve alone, it is not the time to be great individually, it is time for us to join hands, collaborate and integrate because each of us has weaknesses," said Made.
He also said that in 2021 the Babel State Polman received an assignment and mandate from the Ministry of Education and Culture to assist 3 SMKs that received funding in the form of an Industrial Center Vocational School, namely Pangkalpinang 2 State Vocational School, 1 Bakam State Vocational School and Kelapa Kampit 1 State Vocational School in accordance with their fields in the Babel State Polman, namely majors machinery and electronics and informatics department.(oln)
